New Inquiry/Referral SC

Acknowledgement of Inquiry

On Inquiry/Referral Screen, add field called Email Address for referral source in section 4 with a new line after city, state and zip. This is not required item. Service coordinators will enter this email address. We will add a button called “Acknowledgement of Inquiry Letter”.

In TOTS, we need to add a checkbox called “Inquiry Acknowledged?” and date field called “Inquiry Acknowledgement Date” behind inquiry date field, but on the same line. Service coordinators and district administrator can enter values for these 2 fields.

When user clicks on the [SAVE] button the first time “Acknowledge Inquiry”, If the inquiry source is the parent or foster parent (identified from Agency/Relationship to Child), no action takes place.

If there is email address for referral source other than parent/foster parent (identified from Agency/Relationship to Child), TOTS will automatically send an email to the referral source and automatically fill out “Inquiry Acknowledged?” checkbox and date field called “Inquiry Acknowledgement Date”;

New Dually Covered Child Coverage Report - HOME SLA

Dually Covered Child Coverage Report

List of all services for all children dually covered with Medicaid (having Medicaid# on Financial page in TOTS) and private insurance (having Primary Insurance on Financial Support page in TOTS)

Improvement Financial Support SC On Financial support page, make the following fields required if "Insurance Company" is selected on both primary insurance and secondary insurance: Policy#, Insurance Effective Date, Group#, Phone#, Address Line 1, City, State, Zip, Policyholder's Name, Policyholder's relationship to Insured, Policyholder's DOB.
Bug Fix Home Provider Agency Admin Agency Admin’s Caseload and Planned Service reports do now include data for all team members, not just those in their agency. User states this began with a December deployment. Is this by design or unintended? Is it a problem to fix? To me, adding the other team members to these reports is not helpful.
Bug Fix Child Attendance Report SC, SP Child attendance report is not working
Bug Fix Planned Service SC When authorizing an AT device on Planned Services, SC can enter everything else but NOT choose the AT Device from the dropdown and SAVE successfully. Once they do this, and try to edit the authorization to add it, the system no longer supplies the dropdown list. On the test system, please see child 79184, Planned service 168477. Is it possible to make TOTS require that a Device is chosen before the AT Device Authorization can be saved?
